Rewards for recruiters: Drivers will get a share of all lower-level profits.

Recruiting three trainers will become a one-star driver, and will receive 10% of the profits of the lower-level trainers from the first to second tiers.

Recruiting five trainers will become a two-star driver, and will receive 10% of the profits of the lower-level trainers from the first to the second tier, and 7% of the profits of the trainers from the third to the fifth tier.
